Health Care for All Illinois (HCAI) is a statewide coalition advocating a single-payer "Medicare for All" health system to guarantee access to comprehensive, equal health care for all Illinoisians. HCAI's diverse membership includes physician, nurse, disability, labor, women's, consumer, political and civic groups.

HCAI was founded in 2006 in response to the need for public education and advocacy on behalf of a single-payer statewide insurance system for Illinois. Organizations supporting "The Health Care for All Illinois Act" (HB 311) include:
